I am selling my house. I need to replace my whirlpool tub in my master bath. It is a corner whirlpool tub that is 60 inches by 60 inches. It is 18.5 inches tall. I have seen a nearly identical tub at Lowes (but it is 22 inches tall). Please provide an estimate for replacing my tub or installing the tub from Lowes.

Have a traditional 1-story home with back porch in shape of a "U", bordered on 3 sides (carport at back of lot, then living room, then Master Bed/bath on opposite side of carport). Would like ballpark estimate on adding a downstairs living area where back porch is now, and a bonus room/common area and possible extra bedroom with full bath upstairs.
